I had a great stay at this hotel. The friendly staff spoke English and helped me with my luggage. The location is amazing, just a short walk from the stunning Shirogane waterfall. The breakfast had a good spread and the facilities, including a swimming pool, were impressive. The hotel was also clean and had free Onsen.

Located next to the majestic Shirogane waterfall, this hotel offers spectacular views of the surrounding nature. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the bathrooms are equipped with basic amenities. The friendly staff provides excellent service, helping you carry your luggage up the flights of stairs. The buffet breakfast and dinner offer a variety of fresh local ingredients, including sashimi, and there's a small shop selling souvenirs and snacks.

Beautiful location near a stunning waterfall and bus stop. Rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The best part was the hot spring with an outdoor pool perfect for winter stays.
The hotel is quite isolated with limited transport options making it difficult to find dinner outside of the hotel. Although the hotel has various facilities, some areas and rooms have started to show signs of ageing.
